Neil recently completed the replacement of all the interior doors in our house, including frames and architraves. His initial quote was competitive and the standard of his work throughout was superb, down to the finishing touches of replacing skirting boards and Thresholds that had to be removed during the installation. Although they were not available to start for several weeks due to prior commitments they were very flexible in their arrangements during the job itself including availability at weekends. Neil is a true gentleman, model professional and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone. I have recently refurbished my home from top to bottom and he was a fantastic help with advice and ideas. The quality of his work is excellent, I had quite an unusual idea to place a glass partition on top of my stairs, encased in oak, to maximise sunlight and he was a great help with suggestions and brilliant ideas. My only regret was that I did not meet him sooner as I would have given him the entire job of refurbishing my home, kitchen and wardrobes. I have already booked him for future works and he is the only craftsmen whose I will avail of from now on.

These Guys are honest, hardworking, extremely trustworthy, and courteous and I would recommend them without hesitation. they went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions during the course of their work in my home, working within my schedule (I work long hours and study three nights a week), helping me with other aspects in the refurbishment of my home and they clean up thoroughly after themselves which trust me was nonexistent amongst any other tradesman I had working in my home.

It is a delight to work with them and I am so glad to have found such professional, honest craftsmen. They are true professionals and they take great pride in their work and it shows. Their philosophy is we are not happy with the work unless you are’ and it’s not just a saying, they genuinely mean it. In the course of the installation there were numerous challenges to overcome with existing piping and various obstacles that needed professional answers. They were extremely helpful with their advice and made sure I was happy with the solutions they came up with. They were total professionals, took pride in their work and were extremely tidy in carrying out the job. They also assisted me with other small DIY jobs I was undertaking whilst they were working in the house without charging anything extra. The initial contact from Ken was extremely responsive and although my project was very customized they went way over and above the call of duty to spec out the work, they stayed in constant contact throughout and clarified measurements etc. they even stopped work half way through to meet me and confirm location for a cut (I don’t think I have every experienced customer service so personalized ever).Neil then delivered the final unit to me and it exceeded my expectations. We contracted Neil and Ken to build living room cabinets for us. This work mainly involved repairing and replacing a previous job that we had gotten done, which had been carried out with poor workmanship and shoddy finishing. Neil was completely honest in his assessment of how to go about the work – they re-used nearly all of the materials and did not charge us for any additional materials (although my first request to him was to replace everything!). They were meticulous in ensuring that all of the rework was carried out to the nth degree, from the construction of the cabinets themselves all the way through to the paintwork and finishing’s. They were diligent in ensuring that we were happy with everything all the way through the process. They also had many good suggestions along the way, about how to improve the look of the cabinets, and did not charge us anything extra for implementing these ideas. They are honest, hardworking and obliging – nothing was too much trouble and I would have no problem in recommending them to others or in getting them to do further carpentry work for us. Neil and Ken did a lot of work in our house which included two wardrobes in our bedrooms, a radiator cover in our living room and a bespoke cabinet in our living room which turned out amazing. They were completely professional while doing the work, they gave us ideas in relation to each job and ideas on how to cut costs but keep the high standard of work. Their knowledge and attention to detail was exemplary, they went above and beyond in the work they did for us. They were very helpful when we asked them questions in relation to other work which we were doing in the house, something they didn’t have to do. Patient, thorough and unfailingly helpful, Neil provided what I can only describe as a competitive quote for the replacement of internal doors which turned out to be a messy and difficult job. He was upfront and completely transparent in his costing of the project and provided lots of helpful advice on how to keep material costs down. His standard of workmanship was extremely high and the work area was at all times exceptionally clean and tidy. He also went well above the call of duty in terms of using his contacts to source suppliers of stained glass for the doors and making a considerable number of adjustments to the design of the original doors in order to accommodate multiple changes to both the layout and size of the stained glass panels. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil to anyone looking for a joiner and intend on using him again myself.
